Easy Red Velvet Cookies



Today we are making easy red velvet cookies using a vegan friendly box cake mix. We also added white chocolate chips but you can leave them out or even use regular chocolate chips!


Ingredients

1 Vegan friendly 15.25oz Red Velvet Box cake mix (We used Betty Crocker)

1/4 cup of Just Vegan Egg

1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil

Vegan Friendly white chocolate chips, optional




Directions

In a medium bowl combine the first 3 ingredients

Mix until creamy

Stir in your chips

Mix well

Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins

Preheat oven to 350

Scoop out a round ball using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place onto cookie sheet

Repeat with remaining dough, leaving a few inches between each cookie

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes

Remove and let cool

Serve and enjoy!
