Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger Mac

Making a delicious loaded Mac And Cheese packed with Vegan friendly Bacon, jalapenos, vegan cheese, and vegan ground meat. The jalapenos add the perfect little kick to this dish!


3 tbsps of vegan butter

2-3 Jalapeños, diced (plus 2 tbsp for garnish)

1/2 onion, diced

14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, drained

1-105 oz package of All Vegetarian Bacon, cooked and chopped

12oz of Vegan Ground Meat, prepared (we used Impossible)

1 cup of vegan broth

8oz of vegan cream cheese

8oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese, we used Follow your heart

1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

12oz of elbow Macaroni, prepared

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsps of yellow mustard

Salt and pepper


In a large deep pan melt your butter over medium high heat

Add in your onion and jalapeno

Cook for 5 minutes stirring often

Add in your drained canned tomatoes and cream cheese

Mix until cream cheese has melted

Add in your broth, shredded cheese, and nutritional yeast

Cook stirring often until creamy

Turn heat down

Season with a good amount of salt and pepper

Add in your cooked noodles, cooked vegan beef, and cooked bacon (reserve a few pieces of cooked bacon for garnish)

Mix well

Turn off heat

Stir in your ketchup and mustard

Mix well, taste and season with salt and pepper to liking

Garnish top with reserved bacon and jalapeno

Serve and enjoy!
