Korean BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizza

A delicious Korean BBQ Chicken inspired pizza, using a flour tortilla as the crust. Absolutely delicious!

(This should make roughly 4-6 pizzas depending on how large your tortillas are)


1 Tbsp Gochujang

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

3 tbsps soy sauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

3/4 cup of bbq sauce

8oz Sweet Earth Foods, Korean chicken shreds (You can also just use 8oz of plain vegan chicken)

Red onion, finely diced

Vegan Mozzarella Shreds

Korean Spicy Vegan Mayo, recipe below


Medium-Large Flour Tortillas


In a medium bowl whisk together the first 5 ingredients

Whisk until creamy

Place your vegan chicken into a bowl

Add in 1/3 cup of your bbq sauce mix

Mix well to make sure chicken in fully coated

Preheat oven to 425

Place your Flour tortilla onto baking sheet

Spread tortilla with a little of bbq sauce, like you would marinara for pizza

Sprinkle generously with vegan cheese shreds

Top with chicken pieces, as many as you like

Sprinkle with diced red onion

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted

Remove from oven

Drizzle with spicy mayo

Garnish with cilantro

Cut, serve and enjoy!

Korean Spicy Vegan Mayo

1 tbsp of gochujang

1/2 cup of vegan mayo

Whisk together both ingredients until red and creamy
