1 package of Very Good Butchers Cajun Pasta (4 links)
1/2 red onion, diced
8oz of mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped orange bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp crushed garlic
14.5oz can of crushed tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp of bouillon seasoning
7oz of vegan shredded white cheese
14oz of cooked pasta
1/2 cup of pasta water from the cooked pasta
Chop your sausage links into roughly 1/2 inch pieces
Heat a little oil in a large/deep skillet to medium
Add in your chopped sausages
Cooked, turning often for 5-7 minutes until browned
Remove from pan
Add your onion, mushrooms and bell peppers
Sauté for 5-7 minutes, adding in more oil if needed
Add in your garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Add in your can of tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
Stir in your bouillon seasoning powder
Cook for 3 minutes
Add in your vegan cheese shreds and mix
Add in your pasta and pasta water
Carefully return your cooked sausages and mix
