These are so delicious. Thinly sliced onion onto of shredded cheese, seasoned and baked until the come together to perfectly!

Ingredients
1 onion, sliced thin
7oz Vegan Shredded Cheese, we used violin cheddar shreds
Garlic Salt
Garlic Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Spray your muffin top pan with oil
Add shredded cheese to each muffin top circle
Add a slice of onion on top of cheese, I used a slice that had several rings of onion
Press down firmly
Season with garlic salt and pepper
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-20 minutes until melted and starting to get crispy
Remove and let cool
Remove from pan and serve as is or with dipping sauce
Enjoy!
