These Brownies are the perfect mix of savory and sweet. And they're so easy to make using vegan friendly box brownie mix. (I used a 9x13 pan but if you want a thicker brownie use a 8x8 pan.)
Ingredients
Vegan friendly brownie mix, we used Duncan Hines chew fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegan egg
1-2 cups of peanut butter filled pretzels
1/2-1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of vegan friendly chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Crumble your pretzelz into small pieces, set aside
In a large bowl add your brownie mix
Add your oil, water and vegan egg
Stir until mixed well
Line you baking pan with parchment paper
Pour brownie mix into pan
Add spoonfuls of your peanut butter into pan
Using stick swirl peanut butter into brownie mix
Top with your crumbles pretzels
Sprinkle on your chocolate chips
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 35 minutes until center is set
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
Serve and enjoy
