Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Today we are making delicious Philly Cheesesteak using Beyond Meat's new Steak, but instead of being served in a bread roll we are wrapping it up in a vegan friendly egg roll.

We air fried them but they can easily be baked or fried. To fry: heat oil in a pan and fry until golden. To bake: Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes until golden turning once halfway through cooking.


1 10oz package of Beyond Meat, Beyond Steak

1/2 onion, diced

1 green bell pepper diced

1/3 cup of BBQ sauce

Salt and Pepper

70z vegan cheese shreds

Vegan friendly egg roll wrappers

Vegetable Oil


Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium high heat

Add in your onion

Cook for 5 minutes

Add in your bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add in your steak and cook for 5 minutes

Season generously with salt and pepper

Add in your BBQ sauce and cook until browned, roughly 2 more minutes

Add in your cheese and cook until almost melted

Remove from heat and let cool

Place one egg roll wrapper onto working surface

Place 2-3 tbsps of mix into the center

Brush edges with a little water

Fold up one corner

Then fold in the sides

Continue folding until sealed

Brush seal with a little water

Place seam side down onto air fryer basket Continue with remaining egg rolls

Brush egg rolls with vegetable oil

Air fry at 400 for 6 minutes

Flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until golden

Remove and let cool slightly

Serve with vegan ranch or mustard
