S’mores Monkey Bread

Here we are with another delectable monkey bread. This one is all things s’mores. And no campfire needed to enjoy! Ingredients 1 can of biscuit dough* 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsps cinnamon 1/3 cup melted vegan butter Roughly 1/2 cup of crumbled biscoff cookies or graham crackers 1 cup of chocolate chips 1-2 cups of mini marshmallows *Four flavors of Pillsbury Biscuits are vegan: “Grands! Southern Homestyle Original Biscuits,” “Grands! Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits,” “Grands! Flaky Layers Sweet Hawaiian Biscuits,” and “Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits.” The other flavors all contain milk ingredients. Directions Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl add your sugar and cinnamon

Mix well

Cut each biscuit dough into 6-8 pieces

Place chopped biscuits into sugar mix

Toss to coat evenly

Spray your Bundt pan generously with butter or oil

Sprinkle a little of your cookie crumbs in bottom

Add a few marshmallows

Add in a sprinkle of chocolate chips

Add half your sugar coated biscuit pieces

Repeat with cookies, chocolate and marshmallows

Add remaining biscuit pieces

Pour your melted butter evenly on top

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden and cooked all the way through

Remove and cool slightly

Carefully flip Bundt pan over onto serving plate

Garnish with cookie crumbles and marshmallows

Serve while hot
