This is such a fun and easy way to make a meal out of your Thanksgiving dinner leftovers!
Ingredients
1 can of biscuit dough
1 cup of leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup of leftover stuffing
1 cup of leftover vegan turkey roast or vegan chicken
4 oz vegan cream cheese
1 cup cranberry sauce
Vegan gravy for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
In a medium bowl add your mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegan chicken, cream cheese and 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Mix well
Place one biscuit on working surface
Roll out to form a large disc
Place a spoonful of leftover mix in the center
Wrap dough around to form a ball sealing edges tightly
Place sealed side down onto baking sheet
Repeat with remaining biscuits
Top each biscuit with a spoonful of cranberry sauce
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-17 minutes until golden
Remove and serve with vegan gravy
