Vegan Cheesecake Filled Strawberries

We all know how delicious a Strawberry Cheesecake is. So why not stuff fresh strawberries with some incredible no bake cheesecake. These are the most delectable bite sized treats that are perfect all summer long.


8oz of Vegan Cream Cheese

1 cup of Vegan Friendly Powdered Sugar

Splash of Vanilla

16 oz fresh strawberries

4-6 Biscoff Lotus Cookies, grounded


Using a tool, small knife or small spoon remove the stems and hollow out Strawberries

(We used this tool HERE)

Set aside strawberries

In a medium bowl add your vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar and splash of vanilla

Using a hand mixer, mix until creamy

Place mix in a piping bag (or you can use a zip lock bag and cut tip)

Fill the hollow strawberries with your cream cheese mix

Fill a little higher than the strawberry

Place your grounded cookies in a small shallow dish

Dip with cream cheese filled strawberries in the grounded cookies

Or you can sprinkle with ground cookies on top

Serve immediately*

And enjoy

*If you wont be eating right away place in the refrigerator until ready to serve
