These are hands down some of the BEST vegan fish tacos I have ever tried. They are super fresh and packed with flavor. Perfect for a warm day.
Ingredients
Gardein Fishless Filets
Flour Tortillas
Chipotle Cream, recipe below
Asian Slaw, recipe below
Cilantro, garnish
Lime, Garnish
Directions
Bake Fishless filets accoring to directions
Place a spoonful of slaw in the center of your tortilla
Top with 1-2 filets
Drizzle with Chipotle cream
Garnish wil cilantro
Squeeze a little lime ontop
Serve and enjoy!
Chipotle Cream
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup vegan plain yogurt 1 tbsp of maple syrup 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Juice from 1 lime 1/ tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients into a blender
Blend until creamy
Keep covered in refrigerator until ready to use
Asian Slaw
3 cups of Asian salad mix
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients together
Mix well
Marinate in refrigerator until ready to use
