
Ever heard of Wolfgang Puck? How about Spago? Or how about the Smoked Salmon Pizza from Spago's? Well we just veganized it. Two different ways. Both delicious!
Ingredients
Pizza dough, we use the one from whole foods
3/4 cup of Vegan Sour Cream
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 tbsp of fresh dill
1/2 tsp of Lemon Dill Salt or garlic salt
Carrot Lox (recipe below) or Sophies Kitchen Smoked Salmon
Olive Oil
Chopped Chives
Caviart, Vegan Caviar

Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Spread out dough to form pizza
Brush with olive oil
Place into oven to bake roughly 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked
While pizza is cooking mix together your vegan sour cream, dill, salt and lemon
Mix well
Spread evenly on cooked pizza dough
Top with your Carrot Lox or Sophies Kitchen Smoked Salmon
Sprinkle with fresh chives
Place roughly 5 small spoonfuls of caviart on top
Serve and enjoy!

Carrot Lox
Ingredients
3 large carrots, skin on
Roughly 1/4 cup course table salt
1 tbsp of Caper Brine
1 1/2 tbsps of rice vinegar
1 rounded tsp of white miso paste
2 tbsps olive oil
Dash of Paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a medium baking dish cover your carrots in salt
Roast in preheated oven until tender, roughly 45 minutes
You don't want them too soft, just easy to pierce with a fork
Remove from oven and let cool
Whisk together remaining ingredients
Using a shark knife or julienne peeler, slice carrots into very thin ribbons
Place into marinade
Marinade in refrigerator for at least 4 hours
