Vegan Teriyaki Chicken Biscuit Bake

A delicious one pan meal using vegan friendly biscuits, vegan chicken, and veggies all mixed together with teriyaki sauce. You can make your own teriyaki sauce or two of my favorite store bought brands is Kinders and Soy Vay.

Ingredients 16.3 oz can of vegan friendly biscuits, chopped into bite size pieces 8oz vegan chicken pieces 1/2 red onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 1-2 cups of pineapple chunks 1 1/2 cups of teriyaki sauce Roughly 1/2 cup of Green onions Directions Preheat oven to 350 Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan Add in your biscuit pieces Followed by your vegan chicken, onion, peppers and pineapple Add in 1 cup of teriyaki sauce Mix well Drizzle top with remaining teriyaki sauce Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes Serve and enjoy
