Marsala Burrito


Ingredients:

Chicken-less Marsala, recipe below

4-6 Extra Large Flour Tortillas

2-3 cups of Cooked White Rice

Oil for frying

FYH Sour Cream

Directions:

Prepare your Marsala according to directions below

Prepare your burritos

Spread 2tbl of sour cream in the center of your buritto

Top with rice, followed by Marsala mix

Roll up burrito tightly

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

When oil is hot, place burrito in seam side down

Fry on each side until golden brown

Remove and place on paper towel to drain

Continue with remaining ingredients

Serve

Ingredients:

1package of beyond meat grillers, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon chickenless flavor

1/3 cup of water

2 tablespoons of oil

1 8oz of mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion chopped

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1.5 cups of veggie broth

2 tablespoons of flour

½ tablespoon of cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of water

1 tablespoon of butter

1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce

Garlic salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a small sauce pan add the first three ingredients

Cook over medium/high heat for 10 minutes

Turn off heat and let set for 30 minutes

In a large frying pan add your oil and onions

Sauté over medium-high heat for 5 minutes

Stir in your garlic and cook for 1 minute

Add in your mushrooms sauté for an additional 5 minutes

Add in your butter

When butter is melted whisk in your flour

When it thickens slowly add in your veggie broth

Stir often

Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce

Add in your cornstarch mix and ‘chicken’

Cook until thickened

Serve
