In a small bowl stir together 1 tbl of sugar and 1/3 cup of vinegar

Add your cooked pepper to vinegar

Allow to sit for 20 minutes

Place on greased sheet and bake for 10 minutes

Flipping halfway through

Add roughly 2 tbl of soy sauce to cooked sushi rice

Mix well

Using wet cold hands grab roughly ½ cup of rice

Form into Buns, pressing hard to make rice bond together well

Continue with remaining rice until you have 4 complete buns

(4 top buns and 4 bottom buns)

You will have to continuously wet hands so rice doesn’t stick

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

When oil is hot add in 1-2 buns

Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes

Remove from heat and repeat

Create your burgers

Coat top of bottom bun with teriyaki sauce

Add a few pieces of lettuce

Top with cooked burger

Add additional teriyaki
