Creamy Spinach Shirataki

When you want some filling, satisfying but guilt free (semi)....this is the dish to make!


Gardein Crispy Vegan Chick'n Patties prepared, sliced

3 packaged of shirataki noodles, prepared

1 tbl olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbl of Vegan Butter

2 tbl of flour

1-2 cups of Non Dairy milk

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 rounded cup of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds

2 tsp garlic salt

3 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 tsp of paprika


Follow Your Heart Parmesan


In a large frying pan add your olive oil and garlic

Heat over medium-high heat

Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes

Add in your butter

Once melted, whisk in your flour

When it thickens, slowly add in your milk, 1/2 cup at a time

Add in your nutritional yeast, paprika garlic salt and pepper

Add in your Mozzarella Shreds

Mix well

If too thick add in more milk

Toss in prepared noodles, mix well

Add in spinach leaves

Toss well, cook until spinach is well combines

Plate, top with cooked 'chicken'

Garnish with Parmesan

Serve and Enjoy!
