Truffled Mushroom Melt


A perfectly flavorful grilled cheese.....when theres a slight crunch but melty gooey on the inside. Ill take 2 or 3 please!

Ingredients:

6-8 oz of mushrooms sliced

Blode Kuh's Truffle Fluff

Heart bread of choice

Earth balance butter Garlic salt and pepper

Directions:

Saute your mushrooms in a little butter over medium high heat for 5 minutes

Remove from heat, drain and season with garlic salt and pepper

In a non stick pan melt a little butter over medium heat

Add in your sliced bread

Cook for 2 minutes and flip

Cook for 2 minutes and flip back

Cook until starting to turn golden

Spread each slice with a generous amount of your truffle fluff

Place a handful of your mushrooms onto one slice

Take the slice with no mushrooms and turn over onto the mushrooms, truffle side down

Carefully press down

Cook for 2 minutes and remove sandwich

Repeat

Cut sandwiches in half

Serve and enjoy!
