Tater Tot Bun Burger

When you combine two of your favorite junk food items....Tater Tots and Cheeseburgers! The bun is made from tater tots and the cheese is in the burger and on top of the burger!


Roughly 2 cups of Frozen Tater Tots, thawed

1 Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg, prepared

Salt and Pepper

Beyond meat Beyond Burgers

1/2 rounded cup of shredded cheese of choice/ Or 1/2 cup of finely chopped blocked cheese

Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda Slices

Follow Your Heart Thousand Island


Mash together the first 2 ingredients

Season with salt and pepper

Form into thick buns

Wrap tightly in saran wrap

Freeze for at least 1 hour

Mix your shredded or chopped cheese and beyond patties

From into patties and refrigerate until ready to use, at least 30 minutes

Heat oil in a medium frying pan

Remove tots from freezer and saran wrap

Fry in oil on each side until golden brown, roughly 3-5 minutes on each side

Continue until all tater buns are done

Wipe out pan

Remove patties from fridge and pan fry on each side until browned

Remove and prepare burgers

Slice your Tater buns in half, to form two buns

Spread each side with sauce

Add your patty, slice of cheese and then top bun

Serve and enjoy!
