Meatloaf Pinwheel Wellington

Say that 3 times fast! 

This is one of the most delectable dishes. Every bite just melts in your mouth! Definitely a dish to impress. 


2 packages of Beyond Meat Burgers

1 package of Beyond Meat Sausages

12 oz of mushrooms, chopped

16 oz fresh spinach leaves

2 tbl of liquid aminos

1 cup of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds

2 prepared Follow Your Hear Vegan Eggs 

1 cup of Ritz Crackers, mashed to create cracker crumbs

Salt and Pepper


1-2 tbls of melted Earth Balance butter 

Pastry Puff or Pillsbury Crescent Roll


In a large bowl add your two types of beyond meat

Mix well

Add in your Vegan eggs, cracker crumbs and season with salt and pepper

Mix well

Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 375

In a large sauce pan add a little oil and heat over medium high heat

Add in your mushrooms and saute for 7 minutes 

Add in your spinach and liquid aminos

Cover and cook until wilted roughly 2-3 minutes

Mix well

Turn off heat

Season with salt and pepper

Remove from pan to cool

Lay some foil out onto your counter

Remove meats from fridge

Spread out onto your foil like you would if you were making cinnamon rolls

Mix your cheese in with your cooled and cooked spinach and mushrooms

Mix well

Spread mix ontop of your meat dough

Carefully roll of to form pinwheel

Wrap tightly with foil

Place onto baling sheet and bake for 30 -35 minutes

Remove from oven and cool

Wrap the top of your pinwheel with your pastry puff or Pillsbury dough 

Brush with melted butter

Place into oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden

Remove and let sit for 10 minutes

Serve and enjoy
