Beyond Kabobs

Going Beyond traditional Burgers using Beyond Meat Beyond Burger Patties.

It's as simple as adding the meat patties to a mix of delicious and aromatic spices, marinating, placing on skewers and creating the most delectable Kabobs!

Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!


¼ cup soy sauce

2-3 tbls of liquid aminos

¼ cup olive oil

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tbl of minced garlic

1 rounded tbl of brown sugar

1 tbl of Dijon mustard

1/2 tbl of dried parsley

1 tsp of black pepper

2 packages of Beyond Meat Beyond Burgers

2 zucchinis

Skewers (if using wood make sure to soak in water for at least 1 hour)


Combine the first 9 ingredients, whisk together well

In a large bowl add your Beyond Meat Burgers and 1 tbl of your mix from above

Form into 1 inch tight balls. press really firmly into ball shape

Dip each ball into marinate to full coat then place onto plate or sheet

Repeat with all meat-balls

Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

Chop your zucchini into bite size pieces

Add to the rest of your marinade

Allow to marinate for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 400

Remove zucchini from marinade, reserve the liquid

Add your balls and zucchini to skewers (Make sure to squeeze the beyond balls tightly around your skewers)

Place onto baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes

Turn half way and brush with marinade a few times while cooking

Remove when browned

Serve with remaining marinade

If making bowl serve with rice, tzatzikisauce, hummus and roasted tomatoes
