Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Chop, heat and serve. Such a delicious combo of peppers, onions and sausages served a roll to make a tasty sandwich.


1 package of Beyond Meat Spicy Italian Sausage

1/2 red bell pepper chopped

1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped

1/2 green bell pepper chopped

1/2 orange bell pepper chopped

1/2 onion chopped

Vegetable oil

Dijon Mustard

Yellow Mustard Salt and Pepper

French or Italian Sandwich Rolls


Preheat oven to 375

In a large mixing bowl add your chopped peppers and onions

Add little vegetable and mix to fully coat

Place onto a prepared baking sheet

Chop your sausage into bite size pieces

Place onto a sheet pan with peppers and onions

Season generously with salt and pepper

Place into preheated oven

Bake for 25-30 minutes until sausage is browned and peppers are starting to brown

Remove from oven

Spread a generous amount of your yellow mustard on one side of roll

Spread your dijon mustard on the other side

Place a generous amount of sausage mix on top

Serve and enjoy!
