Matzah French Toast



Easy to make French Toast using matzah instead of bread! Perfect for all that leftover Matzah you have laying around in the pantry!

Ingredients Matzah (unsalted preferred but salted would work too) 1/2 cup just egg (liquid vegan egg) 1/2 cup non dairy milk 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2-4 tbsps vegan butter Syrup Powdered sugar

Directions

In a large shallow bowl or dish add your vegan egg, non dairy milk, sugar and cinnamon

Whisk until mixed well

Heat a little butter in a non stick pan over medium

Break your matzah in half

Place matzah into egg and milk mixture turning a few times to coat evenly

Remove and let any excess liquid drip off

Place into pan with melted butter

Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden

Remove and serve with syrup and powdered sugar

Enjoy!
