A delicious hearty sandwich, with flavors similar to a Philly cheesesteak but using vegan grounds. The cheese and meat mix is so good you will want to eat it right out the pan.
Ingredients
16oz vegan grounds
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
BBQ Sauce, roughly 1/4 cup
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable oil
Roughly 4-6 slices of vegan cheese, provolone or gouda works great
Vegan Mayo

Directions
Heat a large non stick pan over medium heat
Add in a little oil
Once hot add in your onion
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add in your bell peppers
Cook for 5 minutes
Add in your vegan grounds, cook and mix until browned
Add in your bbq sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Add in your cheese slices
Cook until slightly melted and mixed in
Turn off heat
Warm up your buns
Spread with vegan mayo
Add your meat and onion mix
Serve and enjoy!
