Tortellini Crust Pizza

Yup. You read that right. We are using Tortellini as the crust in this super deliciously wild pizza.


Pizza Dough ( I love the one from Whole Foods)

9oz of Vegan Tortellini, we used Kite Hill

Roughly 1-2 cups of Marinara/Pizza sauce

80z of soft Vegan Mozzarella, we used Miyoko

3/4 cup of sautéed spinach, seasoned with salt and pepper

1-2 tomatoes, sliced

Salt and pepper

Olive oil


Preheat oven according to dough directions

Cook your tortellini according to directions

Drain, and let cool to handle

Roll out your dough and place onto baking sheet

Spread the top of dough evenly with your marinara/pizza sauce

Press your cooked tortellini into the dough to form an outside crust

Pinch off pieces of mozzarella and flatten, then place onto pizza

Repeat with remaining cheese

Top with your spinach and sliced tomatoes

Season with salt and pepper

Drizzle lightly with olive oil

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 20-25 minutes until crust is cooked and cheese has melted

Slice it up, serve and enjoy!
