A delicious white pizza, similar to the one served at CPK. Starting with one of my favorite pizza bases which is just melted butter and nutritional yeast. Topped with two different types of vegan white cheeses, mozzarella and feta. It’s simple yet rich in flavor.
1/2 stick earth balance butter, melted3 tbsp of nutritional yeast Roughly 10 roasted garlic cloves, chopped 2 cups chopped baby spinach leaves Vegan mozzarella shreds Vegan feta crumbles 1 shallot, roughly chopped Olive oil Pizza dough
Directions Preheat oven to pizza dough directions Mix together your melted butter and nutritional yeast Spread evenly onto pizza dough Add your chopped roasted garlic Top with your mozzarella Then add crumbled feta Sprinkle with chopped spinach Add your thinly sliced shallots Drizzle with olive oil Bake in preheated oven according to dough directions (Roughly 15 minutes) Remove from oven
