
Not sure why it took me so long to make this type of Pizza. It's just like your favorite souvlaki or gyro but on a pizza.
Ingredients
Pizza Dough
1/3 cup of vegan butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
Splash of hot sauce
8-10oz of vegan chicken, cooked and shredded (we used daring foods)
1 zucchini, sliced
1-2 cups of sweet mini peppers, sliced
Roughly 1 cup of Vegan Crumbled Feta (we used Follow Your Heart)
1 cup of Hummus (we used Cava Spicy Hummus)
1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup of vegan tzatziki
1/3 cup of pickled turnips, recipe in this link
Olive oil
Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to pizza dough directions, mine was 450
Prepare dough onto pizza tray
In a small bowl combine your melted butter, nutritional yeast and hot sauce
Whisk well
Pour onto your pizza dough
Spread evenly as you would pizza sauce
Sprinkle evenly with your vegan feta, saving a few sprinkles of feta
Top with your zucchini slices, sweet peppers and shredded vegan chicken
Sprinkle with remaining vegan feta
Drizzle with olive oil
Season with salt
Cook in preheated oven for roughly 13-15 minutes
Remove when crust is golden
Add a couple spoonfuls of hummus on top of cooked pizza
Add chopped romaine
Drizzle tzatziki on top
Finish with your pickled turnips
Serve and enjoy
